Brunch at Long Story Short Cafe

★★★☆☆

We're back after a bit of a long break, we hope you don't mind because we have another story to tell!

One fateful Sunday (as it happens, most Sundays are quite fateful for us), Li made yet another trip to Jo's little flat. If it weren't for the cool breeze and clear skies, she may have just stayed indoors playing with her cats all day, but it would seem that Melbourne wanted her out and about (or more so, Jo did) so they could sample more of what Richmond had to offer

Lunch at Three Monkeys

Lunch at Three Monkeys

Chapel Street is arguably one of Melbourne's most visited leisure hubs; housing a vibrant collection of shops, restaurants, cafes and bars running from South Yarra all the way to St Kilda East, the chances of you not stumbling into your next favourite haunt would be pretty slim. From classy to casual, modern to rustic or specialised to just down right quirky - there is literally something for just about everyone.

Discovering Three Monkeys amongst Prahran's myriad of eateries was not an easy task. What attracted us the most during our research, was it's offering of Creole, Cajun and Caribbean food in a fun and casual setting.

Dinner at Trattoria Emilia

You know, we do a hell of a lot of planning and research at JoJo and LiLi. It's not all fun and food. There's also a great deal of scouting and bickering over where we go next involved. Truth. During one of these evenings, we both came to the realisation that we hadn't even considered Italian. Why?! Everyone loves Italian, right?

Well, we amended this pretty quick smart and today, we're going to talk to you about Trattoria Emilia - a quaint little Italian joint on the quieter end of Little Collins Street.
